Hey! Is it possible to get, somehow...my old prophecies warrior to nightfall or something? So it can buy the new armors that are available in Nightfall/Factions.

Yes. If you have Nightfall, go to Lion's Arch and speak this this fellow:

only if you have both prophecies and nightfall in the same acount
